By purchasing services from Web Watchdog, via WebWatchdog.io, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Web Watchdog is an online maintenance, security, support, design and development service exclusively for single-site WordPress installations. Services include but are not limited to, any and all services listed publicly on Web Watchdog for individual clients.
AUTHORISATION
You are engaging Web Watchdog, as an independent contractor to perform work as described in the package(s) or service(s) you have purchased. In the event, access to your website is necessary, you hereby authorise Web Watchdog read and write access to all directories and files of your account with Web Watchdog or any other associated third-party hosting provider.
USAGE
As part of our maintenance, security and support service, we install our propriety WordPress modules: “Web Watchdog Client” and “Web Watchdog Dash”.
(1) – Web Watchdog Client: This module allows us to remotely access your server CMS installation and update and secure all aspects of the setup.
(2) – Web Watchdog Dash: This module shows you that you are an active/inactive Web Watchdog subscriber and displays our contact details along with our operating terms.
It is the responsibility of all paying subscribers to ensure both modules (1), (2) are installed and active for the duration of an active subscription.
Web Watchdog waives all responsibility if either or both modules are removed or deactivated.
Web Watchdog waives all responsibility and is not obliged to repair any issue caused by 3rd party (external) software or modules that are not approved prior to installing.

PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices and services appearing on this site are subject to change without notice. Once a client of Web Watchdog, you authorise Web Watchdog to charge the recurring payment method you submitted for all the invoices generated for the services rendered by Web Watchdog. In order to change your payment method, simply contact support prior to your payment due date.
Please note: A minimum Web Watchdog subscription of one year is required to qualify for these service discounts. Full payment will be required if the account is cancelled within the same calendar year.
All project payment terms are ⅓ up front deposit, ⅓ mid-way payment and final ⅓ prior to handover / go-live (or else stated on your estimate/invoice). All goods and services remain the ownership of Web Watchdog until payment has been received in full. Payment failure may result in cancellation of services. Early cancellation of annually-run services will incur the full payment of that service.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation of any monthly recurring services can occur at any time after your first calendar month (30 days) of service. Cancellation of all other products and services offered by Web Watchdog are available in full, prior to your next renewal date. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the services and/or tasks implemented, Web Watchdog reserve the right to revert back all changes to the website’s original version state or previous backup instance, prior to taking out a service plan.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Web Watchdog reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, company, website, or blog that contain offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Although there are limitations to the guarantees we can provide, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read and understand our limits of liability before ordering services.
Limited Warranties.
No Other Warranty.
Web Watchdog, does not monitor or exercise control over the content of the information transmitted through its servers. Use of the services or any information that may be obtained therefrom is at customer’s own risk. The services are provided on an “as is” basis, and customer’s use of the services is at its own risk. Except as provided in the order form(s), Web Watchdog, does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all other express and/or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and title, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. Web Watchdog does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Disclaimer of Actions Caused by and/or Under the Control of Third Parties.
Web Watchdog does not and cannot control the flow of information to or from Web Watchdog network and other portions of the internet. Such flow depends in large part on the performance of internet services provided or controlled by third parties. At times, actions or inactions of such third parties can impair or disrupt customer’s connections to the internet (or portions thereof). Web Watchdog cannot guarantee that such events will not occur. Accordingly, Web Watchdog disclaims any and all liability resulting from or related to such events.
Delays and Interruptions
Web Watchdog shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from delays, corruption of data, non-deliveries, misdeliveries or service interruptions. Customer shall be solely responsible for the selection, use and suitability of the services, and Web Watchdog shall have no liability therefor. Except to the extent of Web Watchdog gross negligence or willful misconduct, neither Web Watchdog nor its network services supplier will be liable for unauthorised access to Web Watchdog’s customer’s transmission facilities or premise equipment or for unauthorised access to or alteration, theft or destruction of customer’s data files, programs, procedures or information through accident, fraudulent means or devices, or any other method, regardless of whether such damage occurs as a result of Web Watchdog’s or its network service supplier’s negligence.
Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless against any losses, costs, expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, actions, proceedings or judgments (collectively, “Losses”) resulting from any claim, suit, action, or proceeding brought by any third party against the other or its affiliates related to or arising out of (i) any infringement or misappropriation or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trade secret, patent, trademark, or other proprietary right related to any hardware or software utilised in connection with any of the Services (but excluding any infringement contributorily caused by the other party), and (ii) any violation of or failure to comply with the Rules or Regulations. Customer further agrees to indemnify Web Watchdog and its affiliates against any Losses which arise out of, or relate to any content provided by Customer or the customers/clients of Customer, and Customer will reimburse Web Watchdog and its affiliates for all legal expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by Web Watchdog and its affiliates in connection with any such losses.
Consequential Damages
We recommended administration access to be solely held by Web Watchdog. If a client requires full administration access, we request this be made in writing. Once administration access is granted, the client assumes full responsibility for any actions, modifications, or damages caused directly or indirectly by themselves or any third party accessing the server through their credentials. The developer will not be held liable for any resulting issues or loss of data.
Except for the parties indemnity obligations, in no event will either party be liable or responsible to the other for any type of incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenue, lost profits, replacement goods, loss of technology, rights or services, loss of data, or interruption or loss of use of service or equipment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, whether arising under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, strict liability or otherwise.
Acceptance
Please note that by submitting your payment, you are agreeing to all of our terms of service as they are written here. Web Watchdog reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The user of this site agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her organisation or business. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications thereto must be in writing and signed by both parties.
